Gallagher Developments is promoting land to the west of Brackley for circa 1,700 homes alongside education, healthcare, retail and open space facilities. Once planning is achieved, infrastructure will be delivered to allow for multiple sales outlets.

The site is located approximately 2km west of Brackley town centre, between Halse Road and the A422, and is being promoted to the West Northamptonshire Strategic Plan.
